| Last year after I quit Z1 Motorsports and after I moved my family down here to FL, I went back up to GA as my car and a ton of my belongings were still up there. I planned to put my car back together and drive it down, but those plans did not come to fruition. During that time up there, my internet access was severely limited and also during that time, my ashleypowers.com domain name needed to be renewed. Unfortunately, it had already gone into redemption before I got the email. It was well known that this had happened as I received a ton of emails from people asking why my domain was down. I paid for a back-renewal of the domain, but unfortunately someone else had already swiped the domain name from under me during that time. I attempted to contact the individual, but the registration of the domain name was apparently fictitious: 555 domain way
(555)555-5555 etc etc.. I must have sent a dozen emails to the address in the registry over several months and never received one reply. I sent an email to ICANN, "Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers" to inform them that the registration information provided was fictitious in an attempt to try and recover the domain. They send an email to the address listed in the registry and they did get the email, because they changed the information once again to another fictitious set of information. The address listed was in Miami, but did not physically exist, and the phone number was a disconnected number. So I sent another notice over to ICANN. I went through this three times where information provided was fictitious. After going around and around several times and nothing appeared at the ashleypowers.com domain, I just called it a loss. It is still that even today, "a loss". However, I just checked the domain registry information today for kicks, and low and behlod: "Registration Service Provided By: STARGATE HOLDINGS CORP.

Although I am pretty peeved at what he has done here, it does not come as a suprise. I guess it sucks to be me and it must rock to be Russell Floyd.
